(No Longer)Pleased and disappointed at the same time...

I downloaded the app to test the Safari RSS to LuckyNews integration which worked perfectly. One click and the RSS links gets enetered at a top level to LuckyNews Reader. I would like to see a option here to place it into a preset category or one of my established folders though. As next i must drag it into a folder to keep 100’s of feeds organized. Now to the disappoinmtents…

1) the app was upgraded with the $1.99 unlimited feed options which is a must for me. On relaunch of LuckyReader, it forgets the upgrade, wans me with a message “that I have -1 space available”. So I must open the “In-App Purchase Store”, authenicate to App Store, redownload and install the update to allow unlimited access. Third time in two days this has happened. So very frustrating! Get this fixed ASAP.

2) secondly the app forgets feed options like “favicons” and my preferred Subscription > Show full HTML instead of RSS for Articles option frequently.

3) lastly right clicking/option clicking on a folder name whilst another article is hilighted, does nothing. Any pop up menu item is ignored completely.

Future suggestions:
-Colour coded folders/feeds to identify importance or function.
-Proper toolbar to update /refesh feeds, alter folders, add/delete feeds, feeds format (rss/html), open in browser opposed to the semi disguised lower bar that feels uncomfortable and hidden.
I understand that app development is not easy, and of all the RSS apps (outside of my fav Pulp), this one seems to be the best app for simplicity, clarity and abaility to manage large qty of feeds.

UPDATE: The app now no onger can handle more than 50 feeds of 25 articles each. It crashes constantly on all feed folders of 26+ feeds. When it does stay open it demands a feedback for the author…my feedback…learm to list to your customers. This is a piece of garbage programming. Time to move on.
