The responsiveness of the app developer is very very good - better than I have ever experienced before. I had a problem with the app (crashing on occasion). I sent an E-mail to the developer indicating an occasional problem. Within an hour I received a response requesting log information. After I sent that information, I received an additional request for data from a different location. I forwareded that, received an acknowledgement. A couple of days later I received an E-mail indicating the the problem had been identified and estimating a time to fix.

This responsiveness from a developer is unparalleled in my many years of experience in the IT world. No one wants a problem with an app - even a small one that was more annoying than serious. However, the very quick response to the reported problem speaks volumes about the focus on quality that response demonstrates.
